World AIDS DAY is something that is near and dear to our hearts at XXL. Since our beginning we have championed this charity event and have raised loads for a variety of charities that provide essential services to the community. 




This year we are pleased to announce that we will be supporting MILDMAY UK.  MILDMAY’s vision is to foster a world in which everyone with HIV+AIDS can have life in all its fullness.

Their mission is to improve the quality of life of those who live with HIV+AIDS through building in-country capacity to fight HIV+AIDS.

WHAT XXL IS DOING:
At XXL we like to do everything Bigger Bolder and down right Better that ever!  So what are we doing? 

Basically doing 3 times more than any other club night on the scene. Would you expect anything else?  
We are doing THREE collections for the charity;

The first collection will be Wednesday the 2nd of December at The XXL LONDON Mid-Week Booze and cruise.

The second collection will be at XXL BIRMINGHAM on the FRIDAY the 4th of December.

The final collection will be at The XXL World AIDS DAY Fundraiser on Saturday the 5th of December.  

In addition to the Collections, Mark Ames will be donating a portion of the Door take from XXL to the Mildmay UK Charity.  As if that were not enough, The Arches will be donating a portion of the Bar take for this event to Mildmay. 

The XXL LONDON WORLD AIDS Day Fundraiser is a chance for us to flex our fur and really give back to the community.  This year will be no exception.

In addition to the mighty XXL Main room residents; We are proud to announce that Wayne G will be returning to the decks at XXL.

Over in the LAB we will be screening a selection of groundbreaking films that addressed the AIDS epidemic in the most beautiful way. 

Back in the Fluff bar, Joe egg will be spinning his trademark indie Pop and Retro soundtrack.
