Becoming an XXL Member has it's benefits.
Your annual membership entitles you to the following:
- Free Entry on the first Saturday of Your Birthday month. For example if you were born on the 12th of December, you would get in free on the First Saturday in December. Please note: Ticketed XXL Events are Excluded from the Free Entry Saturday. In the event the first Saturday of the month is a ticketed event, the Free Entry for your Birthday will be the second Saturday of the month.

So the New Future of the XXL Membership is now! The new system will no longer be card based. Which means you wont need to worry about losing your membership card, or even bother carrying it around.
So I can see you scratching your head and wonder how this will work.
Simple. It's based on a biometric scan of your fingerprint. Clever eh!?!
Before you get concerned about XXL storing your fingerprint, here is a little bit about how it works.
When you place your chosen finger on the scanner it reads your finger print. Then rather cleverly converts it to a numeric algorithm. It's that numeric that gets stored in our system. So every time you enter the club, you place the same finger on the scanner and it searches for the matching sequence number to validate your membership.
I bet you are wondering if this algorithm is compatible with for example, the Police National Fingerprint database. The Answer is plain and simple NO. The easiest way to explain this is like trying compare an Apple Mac and a PC they do the same things, but cant speak the same programming language to each other.
But don't go throwing your membership cards away just yet. You will need them to transfer to the new system.
We will be rolling this out first to New membership and Renewals on Saturday nights. If you can't wait till your renewal to go card free, then you can change over to the new system at our membership desk on Saturdays after 1:30am or on Wednesdays from 9:00pm - 3:00am

It's easy to join and renew your membership. Join at the Club You can Apply, Renew and Update your membership at the club directly when you visit on 'normal' XXL nights.
The only exception to this rule are special events at XXL (i.e. Bear Pride Saturday, Birthday, NYE.....etc).
We do not renew or join up new members on the night to ease congestion and speed the queue process.
PLEASE NOTE THAT XXL MEMBERSHIP IS NOW A CARDLESS MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM. IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING XXL MEMBERSHIP CARD YOU WILL BE UPGRADED THE NEST TIME YOU ARE IN THE CLUB.Renewing Once you join in-club you renew your membership online at the XXL WebShop. Please note that when you renew online you will only recieve an email once your membership has been renewed.
