XXL LONDON – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at XXL London events, produced and operated by Ai Bear Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing a ticket or entering an XXL London event, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and with all venue regulations.

2. Admission Policy

Men-Only Admission

XXL London is a men-only event.
Entry is strictly limited to individuals who identify and present as male.
This policy protects the identity, comfort, and culture of the XXL community.
Management reserves the right to verify compliance at the point of entry and to refuse admission where this policy is not met.

Dress Code – Men’s Clothing & Footwear Only

Entry is conditional upon adherence to the XXL dress code: men’s clothing and footwear only.
Attire should reflect the masculine, confident, and unapologetic ethos of the XXL brand.
No exceptions or non-compliant outfits will be permitted.

Age Restriction

Attendees must be 18 years or older. Valid photographic identification (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) is required upon request.

3. Tickets, Refunds & Entry

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the event of full cancellation by Ai Bear Ltd.
• If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• Third-party ticket platforms (e.g. Skiddle, Dice) may apply their own refund or transfer policies.
• Re-entry policies vary per event and venue; please check event details before arrival.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unfit for admission due to intoxication, disruptive behaviour, or violation of these Terms.

4. Behaviour & Safety

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward others, staff, and venue property.
The following actions will result in immediate removal and potential banning from future events:

• Aggressive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour.
• Harassment or unwanted physical contact.
• Vandalism or interference with venue operations.
• Possession or use of illegal substances or weapons.

Management and venue security have final authority on all conduct matters.

5. Photography & Filming

XXL London events are regularly photographed and filmed for promotional, archival, and social media purposes.
By entering the event, you grant Ai Bear Ltd the right to use your image and likeness in any media for lawful promotional purposes without compensation.
If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform a member of staff or the photographer upon entry.

6. Liability

Attendance at XXL events is at your own risk.
Ai Bear Ltd and associated venues accept no responsibility for:

• Personal injury, illness, or loss caused by negligence or failure to follow event instructions.
• Damage to or loss of personal property.
• Cancellation or modification due to events beyond our control (including government orders, public safety issues, or force majeure).

We strongly recommend all guests look after personal belongings and act responsibly.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

• Change event dates, line-ups, locations, or timings where necessary.
• Cancel an event in circumstances beyond our control.
  In such cases, announcements will be made via our website and official ticketing partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All event branding, logos, artwork, and promotional content are the exclusive property of Ai Bear Ltd.
No materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
